Welcome to Taranath.Online ("Website", "Portal", "We", "Our", or "Us"), the official digital platform managed for Guru Taranath Tantrick ("Tantrick Astrologer", "Consultant"). By accessing, browsing, registering, or scheduling a consultation through this website, you ("Seeker", "User", "Client") explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or statutory disclaimers, you must immediately refrain from utilizing our online booking services or scheduling chamber appointments.

All consultations, Jyotish chart readings (Kundli analysis), palmistry reviews, and spiritual counseling provided by Guru Taranath Tantrick are based on traditional Vedic Astrology scriptures, Tantric traditions, and personal experience spanning over 32+ years of Sadhana.

To schedule an appointment or pay validation token fees via Taranath.Online, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding agreements under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors seeking consultation must be represented by a parent or legal guardian during the session.

Due to high demand and limited daily consultation slots across our Kolkata and Tarapith chambers, Guru Taranath Tantrick enforces a mandatory Advance Chamber Token Fee (₹500 INR) for all appointments.

• Token Function: The advance ₹500 payment reserves your dedicated consultation time slot and prevents overbooking.
• Receipt & Reference ID: Upon successful transaction completion, a unique booking reference ID (e.g. TT-2026-XXXXX) and downloadable digital receipt are generated.
• Session Validation: Seekers must present their booking reference ID upon arriving at the consultation chamber or initiating an online call.

All online payments on Taranath.Online are securely processed via Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay Gateway"). We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallet payments.

• We do not store or process your credit/debit card PINs, CVVs, or Net Banking credentials on our servers. All transactions are encrypted under PCI-DSS standards.
• In case of transaction timeout where funds are deducted but no booking ID is generated, Razorpay's auto-reconciliation engine will refund the amount back to your payment account within 3-5 business days.

We understand that unforeseen events occur. You may request to reschedule your consultation appointment to another available date/time slot by contacting our helpline at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session without additional charge.

Please refer to our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy for detailed rules. In summary:

• Rendered Consultations: Token fees and consultation fees are strictly non-refundable once a consultation session has taken place.
• Valid Cancellations: If an appointment is cancelled by the seeker at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot, or if the chamber is cancelled by administration due to emergencies, a 100% refund of the ₹500 token fee will be issued back to the original payment source within 5-7 working days via Razorpay.

Seekers visiting our physical chambers in Tarapith or Kolkata must maintain respectful decorum. Our administration reserves the absolute right to terminate a session or refuse entry without refund in cases of abusive language, intoxication, or disruptive behavior.

DISCLAIMER UNDER THE DRUGS AND MAGIC REMEDIES (OBJECTIONABLE ADVERTISEMENTS) ACT, 1954: Guru Taranath Tantrick does not claim to diagnose, cure, mitigate, or treat any medical diseases, mental health disorders, or physical ailments. Astrological remedies (puja, mantras, yantras) are traditional spiritual practices and are not replacements for professional medical diagnosis or clinical treatment.

All content on Taranath.Online, including text, graphics, logos, photos, branding, Kundli calculation algorithms, and digital media, is protected under copyright law and belongs exclusively to Taranath.Online.

In no event shall Taranath.Online, Guru Taranath Tantrick, or its staff be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on astrological counseling. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the token fee (₹500 INR) paid for the specific consultation session.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts at Rampurhat / Birbhum, West Bengal, India.
