1. Advance Chamber Token Reservation (₹500 INR)
Guru Taranath Tantrick provides personal astrology and Tantra consultations across our primary physical chambers (Tarapith and Kolkata) as well as online video appointments. To reserve your dedicated time slot and prevent double booking, a mandatory advance Chamber Validation Token Fee of ₹500 INR is charged during online checkout.
2. Appointment Cancellation Notice Window
If you cancel or request a reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, you are eligible for a 100% full refund of the ₹500 token fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the slot time or failure to appear at the chamber ("No-Show") are non-refundable, as the slot cannot be allocated to another seeker on short notice.
3. Refund Processing & Settlement Timelines
All eligible refunds are automatically dispatched through our official payment gateway partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited, back to your original source of payment (Bank Account, UPI ID, Debit Card, or Credit Card).
Standard Processing Window
Approved refunds are initiated immediately by our desk and typically reflect in your bank or UPI account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer or banking partner.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Rendered Consultation Sessions: Once a consultation session (in-person chamber visit or online video call) has been conducted, all fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Dissatisfaction with Guidance: Because astrological and spiritual guidance is subjective and advisory, refunds cannot be granted based on personal disagreement with astrological readings.
- Incorrect Client Details: If incorrect date of birth, time, or phone details are provided by the seeker resulting in incomplete readings, token fees remain non-refundable.
